Think of three positive things each day that make you feel good and happy.
One positive thing each day is probably enough but do it everyday.
Don't forget * It's worth it * and You deserve to feel happy and safe everyday.
Three positive things for me today were:
- Walking in the sun shine with my loving husband and daughter;
- Eating beautiful Korean meal for lunch with my loving husband and my daughter;
- Spending quality time with my sister, her loving husband and sons.
By the way, lately I've been reading and learning a lot about how to be constantly dynamic and motivated.
So.. if you ever feel flat as if nothing is moving forward, pick one thing that you really love doing and make efforts to spare a bit of time each day to do just that, no matter how busy you are with work, family and other commitments.
You all deserve to have a "ME" time when you don't do any work related activity. Even if you think you are not productive enough at first, this is probably the most productive time when you will be really creative with new ideas and thoughts.
Start today and then do it everyday if you can.

Sorry that I haven't written here for about a month. I can't believe it's been that long since I last wrote. I've been busy with work and family commitments as well as communicating with friends and family on facebook. I've also been busy studying, writing other materials and researching my future study that I am excited about.
So.... how about you? been busy too? Keeping busy is a good thing, so you don't have time or space to think about negative things, although, lately... there have been many sad disasters such as bushfires and floods in Australia as well as other disasters in other parts of the world including the global economic crash and extreme climate change.
While billions of people including us are still lucky carrying on doing what we do in our lives, there are also millions of unfortunate people out there. So.. let's pray for them.
