Three a day to keep your trouble away

Think of three positive things each day that make you feel good and happy.

One positive thing each day is probably enough but do it everyday.

Don't forget * It's worth it * and You deserve to feel happy and safe everyday.

Three positive things for me today were:
  1. Walking in the sun shine with my loving husband and daughter;
  2. Eating beautiful Korean meal for lunch with my loving husband and my daughter;
  3. Spending quality time with my sister, her loving husband and sons.
